Hartford Courant Names Talcott a Top Workplace for the Fifth Consecutive Year |

Talcott has been named a Top Workplace on the enterprise level this year, following its subsidiary, Talcott Resolution Life Insurance Company (“Talcott Resolution”), receiving this honor for the past four consecutive years. The award is based on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, and connection, to name a few. |
