Community Involvement

At Talcott Resolution, we believe strongly in the value and strength of the communities where we live and work. That’s why we are actively involved in our local communities, and our employees generously give of their time and resources to the Greater Hartford, Connecticut, Twin Cities, Minnesota, and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania areas. With altruism at the core of our company culture, we coordinate volunteer opportunities for employees, provide paid time off to volunteer, offer a matching donation program, and sponsor fundraisers to support our core causes. In addition, we prioritize supporting organizations that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion and aid disaster relief world-wide.
